Okay so every morning i take my birth control pill (ortho try cyclen) at 730. Yesterday around 12-1ish i started having diarrhea. That's 3 hours after i took my pill and i referred to my leaflet about my pill and it said if you have severe diarrhea or vomiting less than 3 hrs after taking your pill use a backup method for 7 days. Well today i woke up at 730, took my pill and laid down for about 5 minutes. I got up to go to the bathroom and ended up going #2 again. It wasn't what i would classify as "severe" and since i had just taken the pill, could i really have "let it out" already? anyways my question is do you think i should use the back up method for 7 days?

yes if you believe it has to do with the pill and not what you eat... but if youve been taking it before and had no dierrhea maybe its not the pill?
